poco is a good team that runs alot, and subs 3-6 guys at a time. we had 8 guys 20 minutes before kick off. poco was a completely beatable team if we had played to our so called potenial. then threw nothing new at us but give them credit they ran hard until the end. we just didnt show up in any way shape or form. this has truely been a shocking season for us and this game was a nice exclimaiton point on it. A chance to advance into the next round agaisn't a team we felt was beatable and we shyte the bed big time. someone shoot me, is this season freaking over with yet?.

You miss those battles with the not so mighty "Heat!!"

0-0 at half ,made a few adjustments and finally broke them down.
they have 5 X ACBCers and they came to play.
I believe they just won promotion.
And will do well in div 2

4 teams still in running for promotion in 3b and 3 of them still in cup.Watched Bullets and Clones and it was a battle of 2 old slow teams.Should be easy to beat Clones next round as they didn't have their usual 15 on the bench.B.C. United should go up next year and Cloverdale is my other pick for Div.2
