For the record, Lobbans have yet to use a single player from the Div 1 team. And I don't expect them to as they have a roster this year of nearly 20!

Then it depends on who shows up. We played what mainly Lobbans in the Summer Inspector...the team name has escaped me though. There were some solid players on that team and if somewhat the same lot then you guys could give them a run for their money. I'm surprised by some of your results.

That's right. Linfield. Good squad. Funny one of their boys told me they were primarily Lobbans B team. I guess 6-7 could be considered "primarily".

Like I said, Lobbans B have approx. 19 or 20 players signed and I believe only 5 or so players are from the Linfield squad. There are some good players there still. Sounds as though they had an unfortunate result this past weekend and it won't get any easier this weekend against table toppers 'Weakside Rangers', but they certainly have the players to get the result.

I like your picks Stranger but differ on one. I think Surrey will beat Nomads or a draw at best for Nomads.

The other one that coudl go the other way is Norvan will beat Romania I think. Norvan will be up 3 - 0 into the second half...run out of steam and leak 2 goals to go 3-2 and then 4-2 up and final score 4-3 Norvan.
