Trying to get back to what matters, Peg vs. ALU game got cancelled for the fourth time, as the ref said Bear Creek was unsuitable to play.

"O"scar "G"oldman , O.G. Own Goal . You must be Billy Jackson ...no wait a minute Billy is smart . He would never be brave enough to go toe to toe in a battle of wits with Snowman . And speaking of shots on the field , did you catch our last game . Finishing shots like I did helped secure first place and were only matched by the shots the whole team did at the bar in celebration afterwards .

Its typical of Fraser Valley refs to cancel a game at the first site of a cloud. From what I hear both teams wanted to kick off and so did the linesmen. Apparently a surface puddle was starting to form on one side of the pitch. The ref must have been from slurrey. I guess he did'nt want Georgie Best to get wet every time he slides on his stomach through the puddle after slotting a few past Pegs keeper.

Cancelled again. Thank you referees. It only started raining at 2:00pm but apparently the (not even) drizzle was too much to play. I feel bad for the boys from Alouette who drove out for nothing. Oh, and for us who didn't have a change room due to the Bear Creek caretaker sitting at home watching TV.

Not bloody likely! Got a shutout last time and was planning on doing it again.
However, it seems like the gods don't want us to play this one, cause the snow and rain have hindered any possibility of the game proceeding. Better not have to make it up on Saturday.
