Ziggy did a Miro and abandoned the game with about 15 to go due to a bust up basically because one their guys decides to start picking fights with about 5 of our guys.

We all have our 'moments' but seriously man, give your head a right fcuking shake.
It was all going real well until you started acting like a tit.

Hos, who is representing the FVSL in the BC's? How does it work top 3 in Div 1 master's gets the spots or is their a playoff?

So it is very tight with just 2 games left after this weekend, on friday the Rangers took over 3rd with a 5-1 win, but Mission has pulled away into a tie for top spot with Delta with a 4-0 win over WhiteRock. So the league comes down to this, Mission vs. Delta in two weeks for the league title, I think Delta has the edge head to head. Then Rangers play PAU White for third spot with Surrey up 3 points, but PAU having the edge head to head with a win in the first meeting.

Rangers had a very good weekend, getting in lasts weeks Cup game on Saturday, a hard fought 7-0 win over Abby in Bacon country. That puts us into the semi's next weekend vs. Langley at the MAP in Langley.

Winners play in the finals two weeks later in Mission, who is hosting the FVSL Finals for thier 100 year party.

3 teams get into the BC's, Mission and Delta are in through league play, then the winner of the Masters Cup gets the final spot.

So sorry, hear is Rangers with 30 points. Yes we want Delta to win in the Cup semi, if on of the top two in league wins the cup, the third place team in league then takes the BC spot. Rangers are far from in, but we are getting closer.

Should be a fun sunday in langley, just hope it warms up, it sure can be cold and windy by that airport.

Wk 17 Masters A PAU White - SFC Rangers Sth Surrey Ath #6 Sun 10am
Wk 13 Masters A Mission Blues - Delta Metro Utd Mouat TURF Sun 2pm

Two big sunday matches, first one decides 3rd place and a possible spot in the BC's, second game is for the League, it has been moved to Turf in Abby because they don't want to mess up the grass in Mission before nexts weeks big games. This may help out Delta a bit, they play on turf all year, with Mission on grass for home games.
However it goes, it is a great build up to the Cup final between Delta and Rangers the following saturday.

Delta vs Mission

From all accounts I should've made the trek from Tsawwassen to go out to Mission to watch this game.......

Mission is up 2-0 with 9 minutes left.

A ball squirts to Bobo who shanks one near post and goes in.....2-1

6 minutes to go Valdy hits one from close to center which loops over Millsy's head and in.....2-2 tie.

1 minute to go Schulzie gets called for a foul in the box, Mission scores on the PK....3-2 Mission.

Delta goes screaming down the field and from all accounts Dolie shanks a toe-punt into the corner......3-3 tie.

The ref blew the whistle for the end of the game when the goal went in, not even a kick-off!!!

End result.....Delta wins the league!!!!

Well done boys - I can only imagine how the Mission boys are feeling.

From what I heard Millsy was the man-of-the-match as he made a bunch of circus saves.

Onto the G'ers and the Master's Cup Final next week back in Mission.......
