anyone whos got time and knows about the teams in div 1 wanna give predictions on the weekends scores and what they think the final standings will be as were heading into the 1st games on friday i would since im off work early but dont know enough about any of the teams

Don't know really anything about any teams, but here goes:
PoMo 4 - NDFC 1 - I'm really taking NDFC's word that they'll be shite this year for this on
GEU 2 - Sporting 3
Mission 3 - PAU 2 - PAU will be better than last year, but not good enough to beat Mission.
Rangers 2 - Dynamo 0 - The clean sheet streak begins
Razorbacks 3 - PA Selects 1 - From what I've heard, Wade should give these guys fits.
PoCo Reserves 2 - Sikh Temple 0
Dewdney 1 - SFC Strikers 3 - Based on them not forfeiting (who wants to give up $150) and showing up with 8

Well we're definitely going to need help now, just got word we've lost another 2 guys till Christmas (knee's) and missing our 2 CB's to a wedding and South Frasers Ram's game. Maybe 5 or 6 nothing isn't too far off.

Q1: how do you figure GEU can combine a bunch of losers from two teams to make one good one? With all due respect to GEU's losers.
Q2: how do you figure DFC United will win the league...this one is baffling. I see them scorring a boat load of goals, and dropping a few games too. Top 5, maybe 4.
O1: Somebody loves the Rangers. Wow. Rangers: top 5, probably lower.
JTL and his snake in the grass routine is, well, routine. Here's a compliment: that team is anything but flaky. Those guys love their footy and are fiercely loyal. Even if the time change presented a problem, I bet they may lose one, maybe two guys. Most of them are well established in their jobs that they either aren't on shift work, or can switch shifts if need be.
It'll be interesting to hear from Striker how many DFC guys actually show up.

I know this...when Langley Prem finally had success, it was when the guys w/ old, losing habbits were sent on their way, and some of the guys that were very succesfull at the div. 1 level moved up. Many of those guys- on a skill basis- had no business moving up, but they worked their asses off and bought in.
Anyhow, I guess we'll see.
