Congrats to Whalley Premier and Cat winning both there games this weekend against the Geu Lads. I understand the cat team played out of vmsl
last season and held there own . They sure didn't look out of place in the game today.

Yes it is true, the league champions of last year look like they couldn't keep a relegation spot from div3 this year. It's a different mix of boys but there's no heart right now. Teams are just out playing us big time.

Man do we need to get a win under the belts quick to start the ball rolling. Lots of season to go though, and hopefully more players to come.

I'll use the usual excuse, "Just wait till we get our college players back".

First goal was a PK on a hand ball that was in the box but player didn't have much chance of getting out of the way of it.

Second one was keeper missing the cross and nobody marking the far post man.

We had our chances but didn't hit the net.

On to GN in search of a win.
