Time to bring this back into view, mainly for one reason: Lisa.
Summer has arrived, and my favorite coffee girl is in fine form. Today, she was wearing an orange halter-top, low cut top and high cut on the bottom (basically, it was just shy of a bikini…which she wears sometimes too), and a short matching orange mini skirt. Seems she’s been in the sun a lot in the last few days, because the tan is looking great. Either that, or she’s borrowing Pete Thomas’s sun bed (I wouldn’t put it past him- he’s a stud…bless his heart). Today a stretch limo pulled in to get coffee while I was there. Don’t know who got out, but it appears the word on Lisa has been spreading. She’s hit the big time.
If you’re going to get out to “Bean’s N’ Babes” on Fraser and 184th, you need to do it weekday mornings, between 5:30 & about 10:00. You see, at 10:00 the not-so-babe-ish sister comes in the relieve Lisa (tough job…flaunt your rack at little coffee shop for 5 hours, and out by 10:30 to enjoy the sun).
Be sure to stop by on your way out for golf next week. She may be working, if you’re lucky. If not, you’ll get the gnarly little sister.
For lunch today: hoping to stop by Kaplan's Deli. Truly the best sandwiches in the city.
We tee off at 1:30 in the afternoon so unless she's putting in some OT, nobody will get to see her. Why don't you ask her if she wants to play? Tell her Fastshow will be there.
Lunch yesterday at BK in Blaine, Washington...a habit of mine every time I go down. The BK burgers are awesome.
Going in there is a sick view of Americana...I felt almost embarrassed. No joke: every single customer, and half the employees in there had to weigh over 250 bills. Every single one of them looked ready to expire on the spot.
Yes, I think we are the 2nd most obese nation, but really...take a 30-minute drive across the line. The size difference is significant. Besides...50% of 30 million is a lot less than 65% of 300 million. Also, if the average obese Canadian is, say, 50% body fat, the average obese Yank has to be about 98%. Based on my observations, of course.
