Captain, that's just your typical Celtic paranoia,
- assistant referees overrule refs all the time after the ref has called a penalty, when the keeper hits the player before touching the ball. especially when the ref's 10 yards away and the ass't 30/40 yards away
- it's ok to turn away from the ball and use your shoulder to block an opponent's path to the ball inside the box when the ball is about 10 yards away
- you can't give a penalty for a player sliding with his arm above his head and the ball striking his arm
Yes, it is paranoia. It happens all the time.....especially when a lot of referees tell the assistants to leave the penalty area to them. I have seen the hand ball incidents......it was a funny looking shoulder it hit.
So I am going to tell my players they can extend their bodies by putting their arms above their head. It's all good.
