Last years Cup winners and the second place team in your Division are the worst you've played...You guys must be awesome.

No, but perhaps "they" didn't bring their "A" Game, they did not look any better than DFC, Port Moody or the surprisingly struggling Arsenal but perhaps that was just my perspective.

In addition folks, me judging my competition should not be confused with anything I have said about my own teams ability, they are two separate issues, the latter of which I have never commented on.

I guess we are just so shitty that we hampered the ability of ND to really impress.

DFC was good, but we outworked them and earned the win

COQ Arsenal outworked us, but we managed to steal a tie by "Nationalizing" on our chances.

We had a good battle with the Hades and got robbed of the win late in the game if I remember correctly.

GEU Titans, not much more to say. Nice Guys though.

PM Lions were good for about a 15 min stretch, but otherwise were not really as impressive as last season and we won 2-1.

Basically ND Nationals beat us Sunday in disputed fashion but their results around the league have been rather similar. Tied the Hades, Beat the titans 4-nil, beat PM by a goal. Once we have all had a full go round perhaps we are all better to judge each other.

Anyhow, good luck next week.

everyone, we like to switch it up, especially due to injuries to 4 of our midfeilders, i play there most of the time when im not injured, i havent played a game in div 2 yet this year tho due to injury

Honestly, everything we've heard about these kids leads me to believe we're in very tough. Despite the stats being nearly identical, I expect it will be a clash of two entirely different squads. Offense (them) vs. defense. Speed (them) vs. slow old bastards. Height (them) vs. the Garden Gnome. Youthful testosterone (them) vs. prescription medication for ED.

Should be different...as a group, we haven't played against many young, fast teams over the last two years. Friday nighter as well, pints in the clubhouse after, maybe we'll even bring a Bar-B-Q, Ranger's style. Any Gunners who are old enough to drink are welcome to partake, if not, maybe your moms can join us.

Actually Sub, the boys trained hard last night, even threw the weather. The pitch was in great shape. KNVB had us doing some crazy shite to get ready for this great team we are up against this friday. Yes the bbq will make an appearance.

It's only considered crazy shite because no one knew exactly what the fcuk Dude was doing, even Dude. The pitch held up very well which is more than I can say for my agility, or should I say, lack of agility ladder. Apparently the warranty doesn't cover stampede damage.
