Yes Langley certainly leads the agricultural economy of the GVRD...But..the only other city that is even close is Delta... go figure.

Langley Cat at Delta Cat: Postponed

Well, on a beautiful Saturday afternoon, we found out late in the morning that Association Park out in Ladner was unplayable. Disappointing, especially since we'd organized for a bunch of call-ups to come out because of short numbers, as well as a couple of premier guys. I estimate five or 6 guys showed up to the park, wondering where the game was.

Sorry boys (curious, Scoop Dawg, others), if you're wondering what happened. Late notice, and it didn't help that I was away from the house all morning and didn't find out myself till about 11:30 or so, in between The Boy's hockey photos and hockey game.

Too bad...would have been a great day to play. One positive...The Boy (aka: Mini Dude) scored his first goal of organized hockey today . He was busy "signing" autographs in the dressing room after the game, and I got to stick around to watch that show. Honestly, he was signing autographs...
