Well that's a shame Delta folded. I guess this means we all get a bye one week of the year. Our weekend binges might apprieciate that one. Will they look for a 10th team to fill the spot this late?
Any good deals on Umbro cleets, I need new 6 studs?
Millhouse I couldn't agree with you more. How in the hell could Balsa vote the way of the rivals from across scott rd, especially aftering witnessing our stellar performance tonight. Balsa....Feel Shame!!!

Seven Highlanders voted with the exclusion of the ever popular Balsa.
Add me, Dude, Coach.
There's 10.
I dunno Milli, to say that two others didn't vote for you lot would be unreasonable.
Me thinks the poll is spot on.
The smell of confidence drifted across the hallowed grounds of J.O. Friday night or it might have been the wreched stench of the unwashed jerseys? Either way the Delta Highlanders took the field Friday night with a swagger only fit for a well aged, punch drunk fighter. The crowds had gathered waiting in eager anticipation of this classic match featuring the Highlanders and Poco. And as the poll indicates (awfully skewed by the votes of Highlander family and friends) the Highlanders came away with a well earned 1-0 victory. Both teams had their chances but Delta showed that scoring prowess that other teams can only dream of, as they were able to burry one of their 10 chances. It is that never quit attitude that drives this bunch. And the scary thing is, with a win next week the Highlanders will equal their best start in over 5 years. 2 and 0 start....dare to dream!!!
Well it wasn't pretty, but we will take the three points.
Faced with both goalies out,the rangers stared thier 2002
and 2003 season with rangerforever in the pipes.Quickly down
2-0 in the first 25 minutes, the season did not exactly start the
we had planned it.Two 35 yard blasts, soon had us in a state of
shock. Not exactly thrilled about dropping 3 points early in the season, the boys decided to roll up thier sleeves and get to work.
We quickly got things going in the second half, and started to
chip away.First newly inserted foward,the BEAR.Hammered the
first one of the season home. After that, a calmly slotted pk drew
us to even terms. With ten minutes to go,fearless kurt friesen
threw himself in front of a cross and the rangers had thier first
lead of the season.I am happy to report that rangerforever settled down quite nicely to play a good game in goal.
Five players touched the ball for the first time since our b.c
game against SAPP.Not exactly the best preseason, considdering
some of the lads haven't even had a training session.Expect a slow start, but hopefully things will get back on track.(Oh yeah,
pasqua was fricking brilliant.NOT!!!)To many bottles of red wine,
and not enough training. cheers, coach.
Surely the first time that adjective has been used to describe him. Don't be fooled, you sure he didn't simply fall over his laces and get in the way of a cross?
