Winter break extra baggage

I know things have been a bit slow on these threads due to our winter break.

How has every been doing trying to keep in shape when there haven't been any games scheduled?

We took it pretty easy during the Christmas break, we had a couple of optional practices.

I understand that Peace Arch did absolutely nothing during their time off and now are struggling to get back in shape. Any truth to this rumor?

A buddy of mine saw a bunch of the Peace Arch guys at the local gym trying to burn off a few extra pounds, he said it didn't look pretty.
