Oh, it's was your first game back from break? I am sorry I guess it is a good reason than. Not good enough for the refs but fine for the players. I guess because the refs get paid than they are suppose to be perfect but because the players are paying to play it's ok to make mistakes. Let's see the players play a so so game and it was briallant the refs miss a call here or there and they suck! Let's see? If the ref from tonight takes away the first Wack goal because it hit the strikers arm before it came to the ground (It happened. Ask the GN Boys) Than we take away goal # 1. But ref lets play go on and opens things up a little as I guess he viewed it accidental. Than he gives one back to GN with their indirect free kick in the Wack box. Clearly the GN player was heading away from the goal but was fouled none the less by a player onlying thinking of the last four letter in your name WACK. Ref opts to give a indirect instead of the PK as he should have. Wow, what a prick! Than he blindly sees nothing else until the cautions. And oh yeah hell he lets that 4th goal stand despite the obvious dangerous boot just outside the Wack penalty area followed by the missed offside. Yet both the Assisant and Ref see it as a goal. Give it up boys, the ref let you play, yeah some hard challenges which might have been called but anytime the whistle went on came the sweet music from the players and benches. What are you doing ref? You suck! Are you watching the game? No I am actually looking for my next prom date. As i said before, one team sees it as a foul the other team sees it as a great tackle or a hard challenge. I would like to see anyone of you run around out there and honestly say that your view of play is always perfect and never gets obstucted. Oh not to mention the odd meatheads in the corner deciding to see who's got bigger berries! Yeah it's a real treat to watch the ball and berries all at once. Than come the late tackle by the skilled player after the ball has been passed off. Yeah so late that must eyes have long gone with the ball but the ref is perfect and has 2 sets of eyes, one to watch the ball and current play and one set to watch the game being played without the ball.

Go ahead boys try and ref a game or two. Yeah the big bucks will keep you coming back week after week. the only reason must ref put up with the BS is because without us the game would not go on at all. So don't think because you play and we ref that we don't know the game at all or the way it should be played.

Fact of the matter is Budda was not the ref and the ref actually coaches, bringing home a silver medal in 2003's National Club Championships.

Give Budda the credit he deserves and leave him out of it. Don't publish names if you don't have the facts!

I could go on all night but time for me to go dream about that next match!

Good game out there tonight. N.D came through at the end.. They held well as a team to our first half pressure. came out strong in the 2nd and well ummm beat us?
-- #23 played well for n.d whats his name (matt ORMERUD). ND is a solid team, hard to take apart.

as for us, we played a good first half. died in the second. couldnt compete.

Hollllllleeeee CRAAAAP you could write a column in the Enquirer with your diarhea yap! What the hell were you doing at the game besides tapping u's instead of o's in your notebook anyway. Refs miss calls but they generally learn from there mistakes as do we as players. There are plenty of good refs out there that make some mistakes but there are some shite refs in the valley that never call a good game and that's the difference. Everybody makes mistakes, players,refs,politicians etc. but there are those that gain respect by improving. From your analogy of the game I do believe your one of "those" shite refs in the league that may never pull his head out of his ass.

The refs were fine. I don't remember any calls, or non-calls resulting in any goals or good chances for either team... correct me if i am wrong.

I think most players realise refereeing isn't a glamerous job or one that gets much recognition, but it is idiots like you that are the biggest problem with the amature game in this country...
The last time I checked, fans weren't out at Newton on a friday night to have a few pints and watch the poncy lad in the middle direct traffic... Sometimes you do provide some entertainment, but one thing I can't stand is a fcuking power tripper desiding the outcome of a match... Call a consistant game and hold no grudges... I believe a foul with no intent for the ball is a much worse offence than a frustrated player having a moan at an official... However, no ref takes personal offence to dirty play which I find ignorant... If a player(s) tries to stitch another player, then I would think they are doing it because they don't have the skill to compete and they think the ref is an idiot and won't make a call against them... (we all know bad tackles and violent conduct are less punished by the League than verbal abuse of an official)... In no way am I condoning mouthing off a ref, but I think more discression is required in dealing with frustrated players... That said, I believe the officials should get more respect that they currently enjoy!!!
Personally, over the last few years it seems to me refs have either grown thicker skin or they respect veteran players more in regards to allowing some talk back and fourth... Mr. Sawtell is the best of the bunch and a couple of his understudies (ie) Kevin and Martin are quite good as well...

Check your ego at the door, because it's a players game!!!

BTW, The PAU Nation is back in full force with a piss taking of that team that beat Poco at the start of the year!!! That's 4 wins and 1 draw in the second half of the season thus far... Here we go!!!

Not the best game played by our lads. First half both teams scored a lucky goal each. We then missed a couple of nice chances (one off the post). Then the second half started and it was like we came out with 11 new players. The ref was just outracios. The second goal should have been called off as Jody Gill was held on to as he was about to clear the header. The linesmans excuse, "The players hand were on his back but he did not push him" Last time I checked I thought it was a foul. I also could'nt believe the number of cards he kept pulling out on our team. But, got to give credit to Delta as they played a strong game.
