@mtkb is right. If I'm feeling upset by the inability to travel outside the country or get on a plane as my partner isn't vaccinated - that's the feds problem.
If the already crazy inflation is exacerbated by truckers that are unvaxxed from driving goods like groceries back and forth across the border - that's the feds problem.
If the provinces refuse to release restrictions, the feds can roll back their share of federal finding, ...ultimately the feds problem.
Healthcare is managed by the Provinces, but funded +50% be Canada.
