Not so sure that I am in a position to be be yapping... Not after losing sunday...

I will give you my take on the game on sunday though... and Honestly I will give credit to Peace Arch for a well played game. they certainly weathered our attacks and did well to go up on an unlucky(for us) opportunity when their guy got crushed in the box... btw... is he ok? I can tell you first hand that was accidental... just a miscommunication on our part.

Not sure if it was their strategy to stay in their end most of the game... but apparently it worked for them. Unlucky for us but a well played match regardless of the result. We definately showed signs of improvement.

Although... to be honest I would rather be beaten by a cracker like Fozzie ripped last year than a couple that we had sunday... but what can you do.

ND Lions 2-1 GNSUFC

ND deserved the shutout, but the keeper fcuked it up , letting in an easy freekick through his hands.

GNSUFC had a few premier players out, and our young lads did well to shut them down.

We are still trying to the get the positions sorted, but last night was a huge step forward from the Delta game last weekend.

A very poor performance by us considering that we had a stronger lineup compared to last week. Delta full credit for the win as they wanted more and won a large percentage of 50/50 balls.......our guys did not gel and we have our work cut out against the GEUUU.

No, the f'in pansy can't seem to put one in.
Fews notched 2 and should have had 4. I think his fitness killed him.


As requested by Bluebird i'll have an attempt at the standings again tonight.

As for our game today, we went up 2-0 at in the first half with some great goals. They had a couple of headers that missed the net, but they gone in would have given them a little momentum and could have made all the difference in the game.
They got a nice header top corner late in the second and then we scrambled to fight them off for the last 15.

Glad that game is over with. Got tired of listening to the whining on the sidelines from the parents and coaches. Not very often when the parents drown out the players on the pitch.
Ref had to send one of them off the pitch because he woudn't shut his yap.

Young team lots of pace but never really had any chances on goal except for the corners. Couple of big men that put thier heads on every corner ball.
