Ventured over to Buljive’s mom’s* house for a sandwich today. Though I would try something a bit different. I don’t always like to pay for it, and this was the easy button.
Bar-B-Q shredded chicken breast on fresh sour dough, with spring mix greens and avocado, and a mayonnaise mixed with Frank’s Red Hot. Oh, and shavings of a nice strong garlic and herb cheddar to top it off. The chicken is served warm, the sourdough was 20 minutes out of the oven, but the rest of the ingredients room temp.
Simply amazing.
For RF, I poured myself a glass of the Fort Berens Red Gold Reserve, which is fcuking fantastic. Seriously.
This on a day Mini Utah came to town, told me about it only too late to actually partake in adult related beverages, and Bulljive’s Mom’s Sandwich. And by Bulljive’s mom, I mean Mrs. Dude, but we role play, to keep things interesting.

Red Gold: 4.89/5 red grapes. A new favourite
