I thought you were too busy following Russell around to have time for jokes. Did you see last nights caps game? Great atmosphere but I don't believe it was a sellout, I think they should use Bobs marketing strategies what do you think?

1) I know that Bob would cap that game at 21,000 if he worked for Sounders.
2) Can you imagine what Whitecaps could do if they had a better forward than Hurtado? Honestly, I fees sorry for that guy. He does try hard but he is just a weak, weak player. Have you noticed that Rosales was actually pointing out a few times to Hurtado where to go during the game? He is lost. It must be frustrating for Morales and Rosales when they know who they have in front of them.
3) No, I do not follow RT anymore. I do not want to be accused by Dude about unhealthy obsession. I am trying to live a healthy life style.

Agreed with FreeBase - Not so sure about Miller.

Great atmosphere at the rink yesterday for opening night and as much as we made a few mistakes, the 'Nucks battled hard to the end.
Out on a date with the missus, also known as the 'designated driver,' , Saturday Hockey Night in Canada, beers with the likes of Coach Cormack at the intermission, shaking hands with Francesco Aquilini after I bought the coolest white retro ball hat in the store, the excitement of the lead up to OT and eventual shoot out, where they pulled it off in the end, was a fantastic time.

It is to me the best ticket in town when they're on and hope we get back to our winning ways this year.

Looking forward to hockey season baby

Because of Bob Caps draw same number of people as Canucks but must say Canucks are more fun to watch. Hell it just might be one of those seasons when the team proves us all wrong. I never went to any games this year, I still think it's childish game yet. Maybe if they get a guy like Vrbata for soccer both clubs could end up with the cup. Even Lions might get there. This city would go nuts.
Benning might make a trade with Filly as them boys are hard pressed to score a goal. Young Corrado could use a team where he can play.
I hate like hell to see him go to Utica. Tortarella sure destroyed the kid.

With injuries we might see Corrado and Anderson back in town soon. That head to penalty on Hami rules are clear. Guy must have control of his stick..... Miller just might be the need they have to reach the top stage again.
Ref is nothing but farmer gummer. Even with help of his other two gummers.

Base they have played 3 games against AHL teams. Don't go planning the parade route just yet. I'm predicting the first loss of the season and bad tonight vs the Bolts

Come on JBN, on pace for 82-0 season, Twins with 12 points after 3 games when they had 97 after 82 last year, best Win % in the West and tied overall in the league... the numbers don't lie.

I hope Canucks come back and win tonight. In my opinion junior move by the coach to start Lack tonight,Millers started to play well. Miller should have started tonight. Next game Lack should have started. Tempa is a fast team. Miller played the many times before he know how they play.

Frenchise how about tonight. Line one no problem. Line two played like three invalids. Miller shyt the bed. This coach is going to loose tons of games till he moves Matthias an Hansen with Higgins on a second line. Big guy in the middle and two hard workers on the sides. Jensen is faster than the two guys on that second line. Kid like him needs to be here. Some of these guys need to be sidelined for game or two just to prove the point.
Hit the dam player play hockey stop shadow dancing. Toronto needs skill we need grit. Them two clubs need to address the problems soon.
One has to stay positive but it's not easy when you see Bonino and Burrows the way they play.
Positive saying SWHTF soon.

If anybody needs to be sidelined after just 5 games then this season is already lost. Why anybody would play under 100% when playing for a new Coach, a Manager, and a President? It does not make any sense. Having said this I believe that the problem is not effort; it is the quality of available players.

We should be able to see (what we can expect from Canucks this season) by the end of October because Canucks have 4 really tough games and 1 against a team that really struggles now (Hurricanes).

Three wins at the beginning of the season were really not a good measure of what Canucks can (and cannot) do this season because they played twice Oilers and Flames (two teams that are still way behind Canucks).

On a day like today there really is no need to talk about Canucks. With all that sadness in Ottawa one has to wander what the hell do young Canadians think. To go and kill a Canadian on a guard duty here is nothing more than a total madness on democracy that Million of guys paid with their lives in World War Two. Shooting your own people thinking that Alah will be with them. No Alah would want to be with a total retard madness.
Good thing our police and Army are on top of it or democracy we have would blow in the wind.

True test of Canucks comes tonight. St Lu is on of the teams in upper half of development and skill. If Canucks use Miller or Lack it really does not matter. St Lu is very strong on D and also has lots of guys that can score it top six. In today's game if second line play's like they did last game one has to wander if Benning needs to make move. Big Bug from Florida would fit well here even if they head to give Bo for him plus a winger. I just thing that Bonnino does not do enough to be a second line pivit man, over passive in my opinion. H hast to be way more direct and agressive in last third. Miller needs to go and prove that he is worth six million they pay him. I think guys play better in front of Lack than Miller.
