We also signed Gordy Campbell to the Div 3 team, but he has to prove he can chug a beer and chase a shot of scotch before we let him on the field.

Anyone know the story with the Lions-Eagles game this past weekend? And I'm not talking about the NFL here. There isn't a score posted or anything like PSP to indicate the game wasn't played.

Now there is a score posted for that game: Eagles 1-0 Lions. Hmm, 1-0 scoreline, long delay in score being posted, a bit of an upset... do I smell a protest? Anyone with any information on this? Or was it simply a legitimate game and someone forgot to report and/or post the score?

Shocker...wow. Well done Knights.

MF 2 - Van Eagles 0. Van Eagles were a fairly decent side today. Moved the ball better than our first game against them but imploded on each other and on the pitch once we got up 2. Could have easily have been 4 or 5 and gotten a lot uglier than it was with 4 yellows and a red.

Not sure I have ever heard this in a game before too but it definitely validates the fact we are in masters and getting old.10 minutes in to the first half one of our midfielders and one of their players go in to a tackle and collide pretty good. VE player gets up and says to MF midfielder "hey next time be careful and don't hit me on this side of my chest, I have a pacemaker".

Kudo's to him for still having it in him for playing but seriously...WTF?
