Temple vs. Fury....

Temple 2-1 over Burnaby today at hillcrest. We had the same problem being unable to finish our chances......then again 3 points are 3 points. Next up are the Lomas.

Went and had a look at the burnaby and temple game. pretty one sided from where i was standing, almost looked as though the feild was on a slant. Temple very unliky not to score about 7 or 8. Burnaby looks poo, but might steel a few points here and there.

Wikham 2-2 Lomas

Unlucky first own goal gave a lead to the lomas. We tied them on a corner fairly soon. Lomas took the lead again, after a caugh up in our back line.
We tied them just before the half from a scramble in the 6 yard box.
Second half we pushed hard, but couldnt finish our chances. The ref didnt award us a clear penalty kick after our flanknut was brought down in the 18. Lomas did get a few break away in the end but didnt finish.
Clearly a disappointing result for us.

Wass up? You guys are going the wrong way... the league executive must be following TTP closely. Life isn't easy at the top.

With CA winning big tonight, suddenly the game this weekend has a lot more meaning.

Filini had it right, we gifted Meralomas a couple of goals. They always match up pretty well with our team though. We never really got to moving the ball around the park and it showed on the bottom line. Overall, I though it was a pretty good competitive game, and another point for the standings. Nothing wrong with that, especially with others going backwards!

Good win

This was the first game all season where we had a full squad and had the luxury of using all 5 of our subs...We scored 2 quick ones and really didnt look back the rest of the game...The Serbs work hard and shut down well and were unlucky not to score a few against us but all in all a well deserved win and looking forward to a rematch against the mighty AFC.

Big Win for the Orange and Black

Come C.A. United, get a win vs. AFC for everyone here on TTP. Looks like Side A is not a Cake Walk for AFC anymore with 4 teams back in the running for promotion. I don't think that AFC will have the same luck as P.96ers from a few years ago. Would love to see United in the top flight. Well done Jimmy.
