Alumni 3 Chilliwack 3, gutsy come back by Alumni, down 3-1 less than 10 to go and pull out the point. Dominant 1st.half by Alumni, just couldn't score.

Langley FC 2 South Surrey 1

We got this one in before the monsoon hit...

Went up 2-nil by half with them scoring late with 5 mins left.
We held our shape fairly well and finshed our chances.
Bobcat Bryan with a great game in relief betwen the sticks for us.

South Surrey were very very good on the night and we took the three points with thanks and got out of Dodge.

We BBQ'd the rabbit instead.
We decided that by heating all the horse shoes that we've pulled out of our asses the last few games that it makes a nice red glow to grill with.

Yes...a couple of new signings I suppose this year but mostly the same sad nucleus.

Speaking of additions, I guess I should have probably done the proper thing and explained to a certain Tri-City Club that I didn't intentionally poach anyone and that they contacted me actually.
We have added an aged Chilean flavour to the line up this year that has helped us immensely...

That is a good result though guys and puts you in control now - Well done.

We lost 2-buzz to the Thunder yesterday.
I got there at half and the score was at that and stayed the same.
I thought we had a good second half but as hard as the boys tried we couldn't get anything really threatening against them.
Their back 4 were very solid and Mastermind looked his usual beast self in centre mid.
Good game lads.

Off ot Buenos Aires for some Steak, Malbec and Fitba for a couple of weeks.
