Oops...there I go again, TTPing.

In all seriousness, sounds like a head / neck injury I had this summer (non footy related), arms reversed. Akin to bad whiplash. Probably took me about 10-12 weeks before I was satisfied enough w/ recovery before playing footy. Did everything from acupuncture, chiro, massage therapy (hot therapist helped), and even saw a weird Chinese witch doctor in East Van. Seriously. Fcuked up shite. But, whatever she did helped me turn the corner. She sent me away w/ little white pills in a plastic bag w/ Chinese characters on it. I figure it was condensed and capsulized tiger semen, or dragon tears. Maybe a cocktail of both.

Whatever, it worked.

After a wrong referral to a plastic surgeon from our friends at royal columbian er I have had a couple shots of Botox so I can no longer smile but at least frowns no longer get me down. Looks like only a small tear and hopefully once the swelling goes down the hands will be back to normal.

I have this old Chinese lady I can refer you to, if you want? She'll give you some strarne pills of unknown ingredients and origin, and a (very much) non invasive massage. If you close your eyes, you can immagine she's Sid. Her hands are about as calloused, come to think of it...

Smells like him too, actually.

SSFC 5 Coastal Rangers 1...more injuries going into the Bradner Cup on Monday...think we"ll take it easy and just try not to get more injuries with a big game on Friday night.

Speaking of tasty - First BBQ of the year last night.
Iron Chef Rob J replacing Iron Chef Picard in both the pipes and the grilling duties last night.
Deep fryer to follow soon hopefully after replacing the legendary one that has inevitably found its way to Surrey United now.
