Alright, there's enough blame to go all the way around the table several times. I'm playing the grumpy old fart card:

1. Any argument based on religion is bullshit.
2. Any argument based on "my religion is better than yours" is also bullshit.
3. There is no such thing as a martyr, only another dead person.
4. Dropping bombs/rockets on people, confiscating their property, and not allowing them to express grievances civilly has a tendency to aggravate them to the point where they resent you.
5. Brainwashing teenagers and strapping bombs to their bodies is barbaric.
6. Torturing people is barbaric.
7. The enemy of my enemy is NOT my friend. Syllogisms do NOT equal truth. Dumping money and weapons on this week's proxy combatants will not make them stay friendly to you next week. It just creates more pissed off people with weapons.
