5 things I came away with after watching last night (6-0 Canada):

(1) I find neck tatties somewhat erotic
(2) The women's game is highly frustrating to watch at times
(3) BC Place adjusted the sails or something because I didn't notice any shadows on the far side of the pitch last night
(4) Singing Oh Canada during the run of play is spontaneous, doing it 3 or 4 times - not so much
(5) The defender that got crunched by her keeper but stayed in the game must think she is still in Haiti

I don't think running up the score is that disgusting, its more of a slap in the face to just pass the ball around. But I do agree with the coach celebrating every time. The girls aren't even celebrating after 3 goals, they just run back to center. But its really hard to watch a full game, with some of these teams, the soccer is SHOCKING!!!!
