Not to be a tit, but i've not heard the term sandbaggers used before. Explain!?

It means they could had a spot in Div 1 but chose to be in Div 2 so they didn't hurt team moral....yet they knew they were going to play div 1 guys every game in hopes to make div1 thus sandbagging.

So in short, its moving down a division lower then your team caliber just to win games...i.e Sandbagging
