According to 'The Sapranos', Canolis (sp?) are the staple diet of the average American/Italian hoodlum. I'd like to try one. What are they and where can one purchase one? I suspect, 'the drive'...but where on the drive?

Canneloni not Canoli's

Canoli's are a pastry,which can be bought at any Italian bakery!The best are the home-made ones that are only made for special occasions.Just take to long to make!

Canneloni is a pasta dough filled with either beef,riccotta or whatever you please,rolled up and baked in a sauce!

One goes with coffee(Canoli),the other with a big glass of Vino(canneloni)!

Fogedda about it,it's a fugezzi!

I went with Chicken chow mein(sp) from the Sandwich tree. With a Kiwi Strawberry Snapple. When you work in a industrial area there's not much in the way of selection. I just could look another Girl Guide or cookie in the face.

Can you imagine Zaurrini around Christmas when the mandarin oranges come out.

Scroll back to read my scathing review of a recent Subway meal. It's been blacklisted with a few others - notably A&W. Does anybody actually eat at that place? You could find more appealing food combos in the dumpster behind Pho Bich N'ga.

Other places I won't touch with a 10-foot pole:

-Anything with the word "Pho" in it
-Arbys. Also known as "Barfys" or "Scarbys"
-Manchu Wok. Stir-fry nausea.
-Sizzler. This is the worst place to eat anything, period. And the all-you-can-eat-shrimp deal is a joke. Trust me.

Best Burgers anywhere in the world

Burger lovers: you have to check out "Spitz Burgers" @ Whistler, located just behind the 7-11, first left as you drive into the village. Always my first stop. Every burger is custom. They have more fixings than any sidewalk hot dog guy ever (no limits on fixings), about a dozen deluxe sauces, and the burger has to weigh a full pound one finished. When you go, be sure to order the "Bubagenoush" sauce.

You will never- and I mean EVERRRRRRRRR- want to try another burger after having this cardiac delight.

Mmmmmmmmm........Bubagenoush........agrhagrhagrhagrhagrhagrhagrhagrh......

Was feeling mighty fine the rest of the day at work.
