Let's start of by making some pretty good excuses...

Another slow start for us....well, to start, we were missing both Gomes bro's, Pesch, Steve Dormer, Zico, Branker and a few others (pretty legitimate excuses). My first 30 min of the season came today too.

Romania hit the post on a well taken free kick and their guy finished the rebound to make it 1-0. We came back shortly after and tied it and the draw held til halftime. Within 10 min into the 2nd, Romania score the go ahead goal. We kept pushing but couldn't get the equalizer...shite happens. Moving on to the Dragons.

It wasn't Miro's best game forsure. We were down 2-1 with 10 to go and a Romania player was down at their 18 yard box as Romania kept playing. As we got the ball and our guy was on a breakaway and Miro blows the whistle calling offside......he claimed he didn't see the man down so it was a drop ball and it was punted back into our end. That was just one bad call.

Forgot to mention Steve London made his debut also. We should have our bodies back next week.
