Looks like Cliff Ave sold their Div 1 spot... to Westside?

Nope - all the Westside teams got up there by advancement, and Rangers went up from SFU dropping out (being the next in line to go up).

I am surprised they didn't sell their spot to West Van or Richmond who claim to be Div 1/Premier caliber. A missed opportunity to have a free party night.

So who stayed in Div 1 that shouldn't have (or got promoted that shouldn't have)?

I've heard that Pegasus was trying to buy Cliff's spot but somehow the league managed to sidetrack/nix it?

Cliff and MFFF were supposed to come down to Div 1. Cliff folded, and MFFF said they were going to fold, but didn't. So, this meant the 2 Div 2 teams (Westside A, Westside Knights) who won their sides come up. But, since Cliff quit, this meant the next highest point leader in div 2 (Westside Rangers) got their spot.

And moving up from Div 1 to premier is Romania and Alemania. Should be in interesting year for them. Actually, Premier is going to be a very interesting year with a number of individual retirees, newcomers, nevermind these new teams.

So will Sir M be doing double duty and heading up the WVFC Flying Horses as well?

A few answers: The West Van Div 3 has never claimed to be Div 1/Premier calibre that I have heard. We will have to see how they do, that will tell. Further, West Van or Peg never tried to buy any Div 1 spot (Sir M and DCR20 can't afford it)

Finally, no Sir M will not be running the operations of the Div 3 side...that is going to be left for Eagles and JAGS. There will, however, be movement of some players from the WVFC Masters Prem side over to the Div 3 side so to make room for several new faces coming from Prem or Div 1...domino effect.

Which club in the VMSL has Pegasus as a part of their name?

I do know that West Van has entered a second team, and the deadline was a couple of weeks ago, and as league and cup champs this affiliated team were told that they have to start in 3rd Division. Of course they are not Croatian. The 2nd WV side is probably Div 1 or maybe Prem level, but will start at the bottom.
