Looks like a monochromatic amalgamation of the Whitecaps logo, the Mizuno "M" and the FIFA Wolrd Cup Trophy ...Either way....Egads what an abomination!

Still a step up from the 1970's logo the league had previously; kind of like how the 80s were a step up from the 70s.

According to WA at the league's AGM, this was to be done by the same individual who created the brilliant piece of work slightly underneath your avatar's brilliant pieces of work. If this is actually the case, I think the pinnacle of his career was 40 years ago...

I don't get on any level - please, someone sort this out. It looks a lot like my "Computer - Grade 9" project that I took in 1985 - that I would have failed if that's what I came up with - seriously that's ridiculous.....
