Spazz,
We have never done summer soccer, even when Ralphie was coaching. The Kerrisdale Express is the youth team with some older players in the mix. I think Munchkin was thinking of also playing there for some extra touches but I am not quite sure. I'm on vacation from the troops unless we have tournaments scheduled.

I was not in attendance, but from what I've heard, it was an exciting game!!
2 goals from WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAGS and 1 nice header from Erin on a corner kick

Should be a good game as yours truly is going to try to put all my whining aside and try to play through the pain! Tape and some magic spray should do the trick...and a few bevvies

Not quite sure why I keep this thread going as nobody really cares I am sure...but, it gives me something to read over again when I get to work and want to slack off (I love Union)
Jaguars 3 Rovers 3
Man...what a game. Jaguars had the game up 3-1 (yours truly scoring a beauty 3rd goal) by half time,but we lost our composure in the 2nd half, and Rovers tied it up...they tied it up with literally 1 minute left to play.
We enjoyed the sideline festivities and eachother's company for a while and Jaguars closed the park at 10:30pm with 1/2 of the remaining people heading to Oscar's for .19c wings...ugh...not I....thanks!
Entertaining game...good times had by all...

We got our asses handed to us by the Vancouver Mavericks tonight....we lost 7-1
I had a few nice chances, but just couldn't sink em'...we had quite a few actually, but just couldn't capitalize.

Striker 14, besides the bitch slap you guys got given to you, how is the poor girl who got her leg broken? Is coach Fozz gonna give her a full refund on the boat cruise ticket?
p.s. you should have buried that chance just before the half that went wide of the post. It would have been 2-1 at that time and maybe given your team a moral lift going into the half!
