Surprisingly a good read.

I liked how he stressed that there ARE good people WITHIN the CSA trying to implement meaningful change. When I read/listen to people speak about problems facing our game and how to correct them, I'm immediately turned off when they paint EVERYONE with the same broad brush and I tend to ignore whatever good points they may have.

True Dat! ;)

There is going to be good folks with awesome minds for the game etc.

The thing to me is mired in bureaucracy, like everything else in this Socialist State we lovingly refer to as Canada, and for any change to be effected in the CSA the brass and powers that be need to let go and let someone else.

I will particularly interested as to what he has to say about:
- Elite programs and how/who/why runs them for the youth
- How the CSA teams can/will work with those elite programs if at all (this is something needing change asafp!)
- How the models and philosophy will work/change for coaches.
