I caught the last 25 - West Van looked YOUNG (obviously) but looked to have a whole bunch of talent all over the park. The goal, I was told, came off a set piece. Pleasant, polite and happy to be there. A nice upgrade to take over that spot.

I decided to go and check this one out, and see what west van and moody had to offer.

First half was pretty well even, only one clear chance for either side and that came from a moody corner which should have been converted by Jeff Rogers.

2nd half was pretty much the same, very even with neither team really able to create many chances. West Vans goal came from a free kick, lofted into the box to a wide open player who nodded home. After that both teams keepers made nice saves to preserve the score. Moody started getting frustrated and started getting a little stupid in their challenges.
