Celtic 5-2 Aldergrove. We went down 2-1 as they scored 2 nice goals a free kick and a nice shot far post top corner. The party bus to the caps game the night before definitely didn't help us. We woke up after the second goal and put 4 in, in 15 minutes. Aldergrove definitely worked hard and are a good group of guys. Ziggy was shocking in the middle today and was very favorable to the grove, knowing the other team on a first name basis. Glad he didn't decide the outcome. Onto a very top notch Coyotes team sat.

CFC and Yotes tied at two each at half.

3-3 FINAL. CFC was up 2-1 then Yotes tied it before half. Yotes went up early in the second half. Free kick for Highlanders with 5-7 minutes left tied it at three. Fairly even game with both teams squandering chances. If I'm being totally honest Yotes had better possession but were fairly soft in the final third at both ends but their mids won everything in the middle. Great official too, Greg I think was his name. Great communicator and had total control at all times.

gave up two free kick goals that shouldn't have gone in but were well taken. we dropped point cause of our mistakes in our own third giving up stupid free kicks. they had lots of guys out with quite a few call ups including the keep from M1 who made one great save near the end of the first and credit to coastal for not giving up at all if only our guys played like that we would have won....gonna be a long training this week. hopefully thats our one bad game all year and we come out strong against the celtic next week .

Scurrsy was our only call up on the night. No house due to work and we wanted LJ on the park. We are still gelling as a group which was evident through our play when we were passing it and not playing hump n run. A good shift from the Yotes but they look like they're either still gelling also or took us a little softly tonight. Thanks for pumping our tires also TBL

Dynamo 1 - PM Blues 1

Fair result. Blues came out fast and hard like they did against us in the pre-season. We weathered the 15 minute shite-storm that they have the speed to unleash and then we scored a fluke goal on a cross, guy crossed it from the corner all by himself, nobody was even going to the net and it went in.

Blues scored to even it up, play was offside as the guy that scored was standing on the goal line far post, but whatever, they probably deserved one on that play anyhow.

We missed a PK, (0 for 2 this season) that would have given us the lead. We played better in the 2nd half and generated some chances, we missed a couple late scoring opportunities and so did they.

1-1 was a fair result (or if both teams could finish, 2-2)

We should have beat abby 10-0 but they had one of the better keepers i've ever seen in div 2 between the pipes.
