Oh, and Trece...you are right, of course. I forget that Ecador is in South America. I was in Northern Peru, right on the border of Ecuador in October…little surf trip. Local delicacies look like this guy. I can tell you this much: Guinnea pig tastes just like…guinnea pig (or what you’d immagine), and it will NOT be making it’s way onto the Lord’s menue.
