I'm certainly no fan of les bleus, but this decision has definitely set a dangerous precedent. Loads of legal mumbo-jumbo and accusations. There's probably not a professional team out there that doesn't cut these types of corners.
Same ban handed to Roma a few years ago, and a swiss team before that. this is certainly not a president. And like those two - Chelsea will appeal and have the punishment halved.
