The rest of round 1 will be completed Remembrance day w/e, but I too am interested to know when round 2 is being scheduled.

Yes, according to the draw it looks like the next games are Nov 12th but just curious what time and where the games will be ?

My club is currently bookin a field, so I imagine that's the case with the rest of the hosts.

it just dawned on me that we are playing the BRADNER Redshirts next in the BRADNER Cup...hmmm...doesn't look good for us to be moving onto the next round ??

Big win today for Bradner over Poco Rangers. We came out pretty strong and got 2 in the first. Got a 3rd about half way through the second, kinda took our foot off the pedal a bit as we were running out of gas. They got 2 back fairly close to each other, one of there guys sky's one over the net from about a yard out with 2 minutes left.

Great bunch of guys, they all stayed after for beers and hotdogs.

Hospitality in Bradner was top shelf.

The field, or whatever the feck you call that, was not good. Long grass on mud with two separate baseball diamonds - one gravel, made for a long day and heavy legs.

We should have tied it with a couple of minutes to play but I'm not sure another 30 minutes of running on the pasture was going to be much fun!

ND Titans 3B 1 - Chilliwack M1 0

After heading to Abby for a Sunday night game we made the trek to the 'wack. Showed up to 3 guys shoveling water off the field and another guy using a leaf blower to do the same.

We played a good first five and stunk the rest of the way. As dominated as we were they never had any clear cut chances. Lots of half chances.

Went to pks and I liked our odds. We scored 4 in a row. They only got their first two.

Brutal field and game. But glad to get another free game come February. Final 8!

The Rapids "B" game was to be played immediately prior to yours and was cancelled - we couldn't scrounge-up any pitchforks or shovels! So we played 5v5 on half a pitch (not the pitch you guys played on!) and had a laugh. Felt bad for the team that trekked out to play us though and had to turn around. 3 make-up home games now......sheesh.

It's probably a good thing the pitch was soft with all the diving or ( bouncing ) your keeps did. He played a hell of a game for a big boy. Took that one rebound to the guts from about 3 yards and got right up.

Make-up game. Chilliwack "B" 2-2 North Coq u21 played in Coq after Chwk game cancelled originally on morning of the game by ref upon arrival. Chilliwack win PK's 4-2. Wish I was there. Second away game in 2 days for Chwk. 11 players on Saturday, 12 on Sunday. Toughed this one out against the kids. I don't know the order in which the teams scored during regular play. Div 4C match-up in next round.

Lakemba 0-0 Rapids B. Lakemba win PK's on the.....6th shooter? Lakemba play Rapids A next in QF. That'll be fun to watch.
