I like Reedie's formula better. Having said that, for any rankings, there are really three criteria: year long performance (which Reedie's and Ghouse's formula do good jobs of measuring), strength of opposition (which Reedie's formula does a good job, and Ghouse's formula does not do a good job of addressing), and most importantly, recent performance, which really what rankings are all about. Plus, there is a secret part.

I would also throw out the VISL in any rankings until they provide more input as to who is who and The Log etc. But, based on the tried and true method as described above, rankings may look something like this (I had limited time so not 100% accurate but pretty close...):

3. West Van FC (VMSL)
4. ICST Pegasus (VMSL)
5. Coquitlam Metro Ford (VMSL)
