2008/2009 NCAA Football Season...

Sorry for the late thread, the season has started two weeks ago. More importantly Notre Dame's season started last weekend. I expected more from ND, a win is a win, but they didn't look good. Klassen is supposed to be a stud QB, but he can't throw a spiral?? fkcu some of thos balls he threw were shocking. A 3 TD favourite was losing in the third quarter. Hopefully they get better soon..... Otherwise ND vs Washington may be a blow out for washington.... but i still can't wait to go.....

I was hoping TTP would do a college football thread.
I'm glued to the T.V. saturday. mich v ND, then Buckeye's and USC.
Speaking of washington, bogus penatly call on booker at the end of the game.

Holy Shite..... I was in shock yesterday..... Love ND but never saw that scoreline coming!!! Great result for the irish.... looked good out there..... still lots of work to go though to be great! Michigan looked awful. That one RB they had was their best player. QB issues still there, but watchout for them next year.

ND 2 and 0...... Wow..... Hopefully they can keep it up and beat michigan state next weekend!!

ND vs Washington @ Husky Stadium

Got to see my favourite college football team. It's a shame that Washington couldnt' make a game of it. Washington is awful.... and I mean awful!! Notre Dame isn't a great team, but fcku me Washington was just horrible. Willingham shold be getting the ax soon. They never crossed the 50 yard line till the 7 minute mark of the 4th quarter when ND has their 3rd string defence on. ND has a lot to work on to become a contender, and hopefully by Clausens' senior year they may be in contention for a bigger bowl game.

As to our seats.... we were one row from the last row..... what a hike.... but it was worth the $70...... american..... atleast it was warmer up there. We moved down to the lower sections after half the stadium left at the half.

Was hoping to see Nate Montana get in the game, but they went wiht the #2 QB in the 4th quarter. Did see him toss a ball, and practicing throwing he didn't throw one spiral!!

PreGame - Captain would have been in heaven, so would have we if we found it earlier as we hit the husky tailgater first. The Irish had a tailgate party of their own, and i believe it was $40 Drink all you want and some food.... We know now for next time.... if they come again.

Anyways it was good to see the Irish win.....

PS Seattle night life was awful..... Saturday night and empty everywhere.... Now Cowboys Inc.'s dancing bar girls were worth the visit though.... Wow....

i was at the nd and washington game also. i am a notre dame fan like your self and its great to see notre dame rebuilding. michael floyd is going to be amazing reminds me alot of terrell owens.
