Anyone know why UW played at Qwest today and not Huskie Stadium?

Looked about half full as well?!?!?

It was technically an away game. I'm surprised Article Bot didn't have the answer for that one. :D

ArticleBot loves the Irish, not the Huskies.

I thought he made that clear?

Ty Willingham of Washington (formerly Notre Dame and Stanford) is the most boring coach in college football today. His offences are more vanilla than my local high school team (GO Sun Devils). Rush it twice and and high percantage pass and your punting on 4th and 3 every time. HE lets his qb's get no confidence in passign as he doesn't let them open it up and have some fun during a game. His defences are normally pretty good and that's what he hopes to win with. Give up 10-20 points and win the special teams and turnover war and win by a field goal. Pathetic.

I hated him when he coached for Notre Dame and he still sucks at Washington.

Saw the Texas game. They looked strong on D and their quarterback had some good drives against another solid defence. I like them for BCS title game and a win at this point. LSU also looked good. M. Vick, no not him his younger brother. He looks fantastic but I have no idea how good his team is. He seems to through a better ball thatn his brother but I have not seen him enough to get a gage on his athleticism.

Tough loss for ND at home this past weekend. After going 2 and 0 on the road (beating ranked teams), you would think a home victory against an unranked MSU wouldn't be that difficult. But it was. ND trailed at one point by 21pts. Quinn(ND QB) threw for almost 500 yards and 5 TD's. But wasnt' able to get the ball in the endzone in OT.

Next up: ND vs Washington at Husky Stadium... Anyone going to this one? I'll be somewhere in the stadium dont' know where yet.

Rankings... ND drops from 10 to 16 with the loss.

ND takes out Washington!!!

Today was my first ever NCAA Football game and what an experience it was. Going to cheer for my favourite college team the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. We made it to the stadium and found out that our seats which were bought online early in july, were in the ND fan section. Over 70000 people, What a treat. We were in teh 6th row. ND leperchaun, and cheerleaders all in front. ND Cheerleaders did look more respectable, with their turtle neck long sleeve tops, and short lil skirts, unlike washington's cheerleader showing all skin, and those purple grannies... i think i even seen a few of them at the caprice one nite...

finally the game began. 1000 overall yards of offsense between both teams. ND did look a lil shaky and Washington was lucky that it was not more. Washington's QB did look good hitting recievers downtown. i think he had around 400 yards.... but rushing wise washington was brutal i think they finished with 34 or something like that. Brady Quinn did pass for another 350 yards. ND did win, but still needs to improve. A huge game against USC in a couple of weeks can make them or break them for a decent bowl game.

Michigan loses today??? What's going on over there. As well MSU with a route.

Waiting for the USC/ND game in South Bend!!!

Went to UW and USC a couple of years ago. UW got their asses handed to them by the Trojans but it sure was fun looking at the USC cheerleaders. And, fcuk a duck, could the Condom boys play some football. Which leads me to this: USC is playing the Huskies on October 22 and the website shows some tickets left. Anyone interested in getting a group together to go down for the game?

Big win against Purdue... Offense looks solid... Defense looks not that solid... Brady Quinn had his 3rd +400 yard game and Samardzija(a fellow croat) had an unreal game, with an unreal one handed grab in the 1st quarter...

Even with the loss to USC ND still stays at #9. I didn't expect to fall in the rankings, maybe one spot but not any more that that. Great showing by ND, hope they can put away these final games and get a decent bowl game. It won't be a BCS bowl game, but it will be a big one.
