Totally agree with you bettermirror. There should be no clubs or district subsidizing the HPL clubs who should stand on their own. If we can't do that we are no better than the CSA who can't manage squat and shuffles money around like a deck of cards.

Fields - are generally controlled by youth clubs. If not yet, they should be as the given political rule is youth comes first & gender equity & local kids first. If a club has not done this yet w/ city hall they are having field issues.

One of the things folks need to remember is that youth has the numbers & dollars. They are 85% of soccer. Like NS Girls youth clubs will absorb Senior teams as Senior do not have a club structure which makes them no effective in maintaining development pathways or retaining players.

Paid Admini's - I could live w/ provided they could do what is needed w/out the BOD interference. IMO even though you have paid people the vollies are still the ones that paper the League's Rules, Constitution & etc.

FB you hit a lot of the BCSA Consitution & Regs right on the head for senior & youth:) Unless one works w/ BCSA staff its hard to get problem areas addressed as they are very busy & can't cover a lot of the bases that need covering & enforcing in their mandate. Hence alot of things fall through...
