Probably the best ever to come out of these parts.

I remember him in 1978. My dad took me to the old McAlister Park and Joe put on a clinic that day...like every day. He scored 3 goals against Columbus (I think). Most guys from that era talk about him being the best ever. Too bad he only played competitively for about 5 years here.
