Any updates for what to expect with the PMO Titans? Clearly a decent squad!
If it's the ones I think you're referring to they are the Asian brothers from the u-21 team and they are very good, no buisness playing div 2. That u-21 Pomo team is gonna cause div 3 all the way to Prem teams issues.Apparently the Pomo Titans have 2 young brothers in the middle, with top notch talent.
I agree cascade, the league does have a tough job though. In divisions where one strong player can make a huge difference like it can In 3-4, you can't possibly predict how a team will do before the season starts. The U-21 Port Moody won the bradner last year beating div 1 teams and clearly are even stronger this year.u21 is a pointless league now, has been for a few years. The club system is also kind of a joke. Pomo uses it very well and does have success as do other clubs, but it really takes the fun out of it, for some div 4 and 3 teams, who may just play for fun with their buddies. Having div 1 or prem guys signed down for a half a year before the cup run, crushing teams week in and week out, what's the point, you're not improving yourself in a lower league. If you're a high calibre of player and want to sign below, then that's where you should stay for the year. Div 1 and 2 move up sure, but 3 to 4 divisions, seems ridiculous IMHO. (this also coming from a player who has done the club system thing playing 3 games a weekend) Leagues also need to look at teams coming into the league, no reason why u21 pomo or westcoast united (div 3) should be where they are, united absolutely demolished div 4 last year, these teams should be placed where they belong, with the calibre they have.
