That's a heart warming story. The team you beat last year was essentially our Div 3 team this year. We didn't feel it was doing anyone any good to lump teams 8 and 10 to 0 week in and week out. You may draw some gratification from that, and that's ok. I'm sure time will tell who belongs where.

Bronco,

Yes, very heart warming. If Littlest Hobo was still on these days, I'm sure they would have jumped at our story. I believe Hobo had what it took to play up front for The Horses, and also was pretty good in the room with a few pints after the match. However, you could not let him out after for any drinks, as he was a total dog. Good luck in Premier Bronco, and hopefully we draw you in the Cup.

well this is a big week of games. top 4 play each other and i see the weather might affect the outcome of some of the games .


metro-ford n croatia should be a tie but croatia will win by one lucky goal .
richmond will win
westside n sapp a tie.

now the big games of the week.
if the game goes - i see west van beating poco by 2

and game of the week : ( they switch the game time to a very early start so cbc can show it back east since there is no hockey)
the wops vs the porkchops. when these two play its always a close heated game.
i dont know bout pcov but columbus might be misses guys due to injuries and suspensions.
but the with the wops this year , when one goes down another steps in and is the main reason im taking columbus to win another heated affair 4-1 , should be some yellows and a red shown tonite.
lets hope that the ref is not ernesto. both teams member the last time he refd 4 reds were shown and yes we all know that a ref can screw up a good game.....

PCOV 2-1 Columbus. Hard earned 3 points for us today. I'd say Columbus was the best team we've played so far. They came at us hard the first 30 and had us on our heels but somehow we slotted one (looked offside but we'll take it) to make it 1-0 and that was the score going into half. We had our chances to go up by 2 but couldn't capitalize. Approx. 20 to go, Columbus finally got one to make it 1-1. Pcov was then awarded a pk with 10 to go and Gomes scored to make it 2-1. Columbus then threw everything at us but we hung on. Huge 3 points for us. On to Poco next week.

p.s....Hopefull Iggy is ok...messed up his knee.
