Mainland Athletic should be favourites for Pool A after last years cup win and a strong start to this campaign. Although the Hounds & Metro will fancy their chances of stopping them in that pool.

On paper pool B is the most open, with no clear favourite, but strong starts from GFC and Cosmos will have them feeling confident of securing the championship this season.

Pool C will be won by either Euro FC, Harps or Twin arrows

Agreed, i see lots of improvement in div 3. more competitive and unpredictable in the last couple years.

...and after these predictions, Mainland dropped 3 in a row. Current leaders are Met and Alemania, both on 22 points, with Royal City a game behind. Our new lads are sitting roughly mid-table, and may be able to challenge for this with a bit of luck at this point, but that would be a pleasant surprise.

Pool B looks to belong to GFC thus far who are 7 points clear of Cosmos, with Spartans a point back of them.

Pool C is a 3-way race between Harps, Primo and Twin Arrows. Euro are 2 points and the apparently rebranded New West 3 back of this.

At the halfway point and GFC look as if they’ll have the title wrapped up by mid Jan, saw them play a few weeks back & look far stronger than a Div 3 side.

Harps look a very strong side and are still yet to fall, so I like their chances in Pool C.

Pool A looks wild and who finishes on top there is anybody’s guess at this stage.

Any insight going into the last few weeks of the season?

Looks like Pool B has been wrapped up by GFC.
Pool A a three team race between metropolitan, West Hounds and Alemnia. Will go down to the wire for sure.
Pool C a two team race between Harps and Rain City Rovers. Rain City has really come on at the end, relatively unknown squad.

Should be a good finish to the season

Rain City are a group of ex-UBC and Premier players as well as their friends.

Very likely both Pool A & C will go to a playoff unless somebody chokes on the run in. With Metro vs Hounds & Rain City vs Harps.

Hounds should get the better of Metro again, but that will be a tight affair that could go either way.

Rain City should win the Pool C playoff. Harps will give them a game no doubt, but Rain seem too strong.
