Big win for AC Campobasso against Shaheen makes for grim viewing for GFC. An unlikely amount of draws required to keep us in the division. Looks like we're going to regret a lot of those last minute goals and throwing away of winning positions throughout the course of the season.

Very interesting game Akal vs Bingers with Bingers going down to 9 men with about 7 mins remaining in the match. The score was 1-1 at this point but as usual Bingers defended with their lives and held Akal off to a tie. Lots of young talent on the Akal side, it is my true belief that they will stay in div 1 for next season. Any thought on the game Bingers? Besides the ref who was sub par, but Bingers do play a hard nose style which is going to get penalized sometimes...

Second half Ajyal continued to press, but good team defence, limited them too long shots.

Late in the game our second goal came from a counter which Zavarise finished well. Ajyal scored in injury time, well struck low shot. Overall good sportsmanship by both teams.
