Did anyone watch the last round yesterday? Wow.

Tiger guts up and hits a magic putt to tie it up.

Tiger is even and Rocco is +2 at the turn in their playoff round as i type this now.

That 18th hole was magic by Woods.
Tee Shot into the Beach
second shot into the cabbage
third shot he hits it within 13 feet or so out of the 3"+ rough
hits the putt to birdie 18 and get into a share of the lead...

Scrambling at it's best:p

I have a hard time calling any golfer an athlete, but this guy is one of the best money performers ever.

I think golfers can be athletes and can be athletic...But being a good golfer and being an athlete are not one and the same visa-vis John Daly.

Tiger, however, looks to be in amazing shape, and supposedly trains both in the gym and on the range for hours every day. That to me would automatically give him "athlete" status in my mind.

John Daly can whack 1000 balls a day, but if the only lifting and training he is doing is the ciggy to his lips and the three Big macs a day than sadly no, he has a skill that he is good at,

I would consider Golf a leisure activity...A skill.

PS: They are level at +1 each after 14.

I'd agree with that.

Tiger is an athlete exceeding at a leisure activity. A damn hard leisure activity that requires a great deal of skill and metal strength and stamina, but it ain't a sport.

Anyhow, not to take away from it. They're tied at 14. Compelling stuff!

Per 1040- Rocco into the bunker, and out into the grandstand area, coming "unglued" (thank you Rick Ball).

Tiger dancing.

Keep up kid, someone already posted that.

I hope this isn't a reflection of your "outside sales" activity. :D

Putting for birdy...leaves it an inch short. Damn TEAM 1040 won't tell us what exactly is hapenning due to broadcast laws on play-by-play.

WHAT'S HAPENNING?

Tigers missed his lag put but tapped in, Rocco missed his putt.

Great, I can close that window and get back to monitoring the Euro every 5 minutes

A little late, but word is he's a maniac at the gym, he bench presses 340 lbs for reps, thus the huge power he hits with.
