o.k. 30 min to kickoff. I do not expect much from bayern today. They play in 44 hours from now in the Bundesliga and they have stated that this is their #1 priority. This being the reason they are sitting 4 regulars for this match. I exoect the much the same as the result against Aberdeen. The Bayern will go for it all at home.

Good luck Gers! To be honest I'm hoping fro the draw there.

Rangers need a win today...going goalless draw at home and trying for an away goal draw away is risky business, Werder Bermen is no Panathinaikos.

Even with the 4 regs out for Bayern, Anderlecht shouldn't be able to hold a candle to that side.

I would normally cheer for the German side but since my buddy's team is playing them I'll play this one quiet :)

Ze roberto
Klose
Ribery
Kahn

Lucio
Van Bommell

Ok I was wrong! We thrashed them 5 nil!

Rangers are up 2 nil at the moment. I'm surprised to be honest!

Bolton up 1 nil at the moment as well.

Sorry but neither of your teams scare me. Hoping for a Bayern and Rangers tie

Oh Yeah Baby.

I like it going back to Germany with no away goals for Bremen and up 2-0.

Oh-O-Ohh Bouncy Bouncy Bouncy Bouncy NaNaNaNa Na Naaaaa...

Bremen are lucky TBH...

Naldo should have been sent off after burying his knee in Bazza's kidney or lower back...

McCullough Bottled the 3-0 Opportunity
And if Smithy grew a pair of testicles and played a winger or two on the day with the shocking defending and keeping put on display by a very arrogant Bremen team it could have been 4 or 5.

Bremen looked like they thought it was a forgone conclusion. Had all the possesion in the first half but did nothing with it. Diego's flame was snuffed out by Hemdani and Weir straight away.

Davis and Baz were good, but Dailly is shocking at best.

I would dressed
------------------Mac------------------
Broadfoot---Weir-----King Carlos---Papac
-----------------Hemdani----------------
----------Baz---------------Davis--------
Burke-----------------------------Adam
-----------------Cousin------------------

terrible that Dailly saw the pitch, he ws useless 10 years ago...he's no better now.

I wouldn't be surprised if we went out next game thouugh...Not that I don't have faith...It's just bremen were played off the park in the second half and are going to be pissed next game...and if Frings and Borowski are back the quality in the team goes waaaaay up.

I hope McCullough's gaff doesn't catch up to us...

but otherwise I am a happy bear today!!!
GIRFUY, no Timothy in Europe :D
