The best part of summer my Roo Mate was the banter amungst friends in this league. Tremendous! Hope you enjoyed it too?

Burnaby Firefighters 3 - Linfield 2

A great game today against a strong firefighters team.

My wife and I would like to give a big thanks to all of the firefighters (Thanks Dylan ) for their help with our son today. Cole is doing great. Thankfully he missed all the important arteries but still managed to cut all the way to the bone. He had 11 stitches. We think he's most disappointed about not getting to go the Whitecaps soccer camp he was due to start tomorrow!! Thanks again (and of course a big thanks from Cole!)

Good to hear that the little man is okay! It was a good game today under the circumstances. The field was shocking, almost like playing on pavement. Didn't notice the heat either. I don't think that has been determined. We beat signmaster in what we wer told was a Quarter Final so we still have one match to play. I have no clue who we are playing.
