Don't have a chance!? You sniffing glue?

We're the only team that took points off of ACBC this year.

I'd say we're the only that has a chance.

We have drawn and lost to them this year, both games pre-transfer deadline, when they were playing normal prem regulars and at least 1 starter against us in each game.

They might now be a better team now then they had skill before, but to say we have no chance is just stupid. We play the games for a reason

Abby is the best div 3 team by far and they are going to have a tough time next year competing in div 2
If they are so good, why do you say they will have a hard time competing in Div.2? There really is no huge difference between Div.3 and Div.2, other than the top teams in Div.2 are very consistant and rarely lose. Those teams are commited and always have good #'s and quality players. Div.3 has tons of talent but just lotsa bottom feeder teams that struggle. After playing Celtic and some other Div.2 team, we have harder times playing teams like cloverdale and bc united...

No hard on buddy sorry to disappoint just going for the club team and not so much the team just #22 you just got sour grapes cause you guy dont have a chance

Sorry, a hard on for #22 then ;) maybe u can give him a nice massage after u supposedly pumps C4L for a couple goals.

Everyone has a chance my friend. We love being the underdogs and thrive on playing great teams. Gonna love proving everyone wrong when we steal the show :)

Because it's not as easy a jump as you think. Players get poached, its better competition every game, etc. Look at all past promoted teams for any division, very few excel at the next level the following season. Look at D1 this year, other than Sentinel (sitting 11 out of 18) the promoted teams are sitting 15-18. Not sure about D2, but it was that way when we got promoted other than a couple of teams.

Nd are below Abby for a start and if there's no big jump why have inter outscored their div 3 opponents 19-1 in 3 games and in league play not come close to that even with the bottom teams in the division?

I dont know, why have we shutout both Div.2 teams we have played? Everyone shows up a little stronger for cup.. I just dont think its a massive difference, ya each game is a little more physical probably, but I really dont see there being a large difference.

There is a huge difference.. it is parity.
In D2 most teams have enough talent and depth that most D2 teams don't have... if you miss two or three of your best players out..most D3 teams don't have the depth...

also the gap from top to bottom of D2 is way bigger than D3...

my $0.02.

from D3 to D2 isn't that bad depending how much your squad changes. but there is a HUGE difference from D2 play to D1....last year undefeated 18-0 aldergrove are dead last in D1 (sorry cantuzzi just example)....but i've seen vault play and they would be a midpack D2 squad finishing about 5-8 out of 10 teams....they could be doing better than some teams in div 2 currently.

we really need to rest the aged bones and joints if we plan to take a result from acbc unless they are willing to give it to us ;) also why would we sign up to play a tune up game against a potential future opponent?

dutch13 forgets the name of this website apparently...
