I am looking for information on getting a good quality, heavy duty cordless drill. I am curoius as to who has the best price out there? Has anybody seen anything?

I'd say try KMS tools on Lougheed Hwy right by the IKEA in Coquitlam. Personally I think they have the best prices around and have sales every week on different items. They also carry all the big name brands not including Hilti. Go try it out it is candy store for tradesmen.

KMS is where I go but I do admit that Home Depot is pretty competitive.

Home Depot is basically same prices just not as big a selection Balls.

Can't beat the depot for the Ridgid kits, and these tools are tough.

I've heard some bad reviews about the Ridgid tools Steve but have never tried them. Myself I am a Bosch fan and Home Depot's line up is not close to KMS.

I use the rigid tools every day. i have 2 18 volt kits, and hardly ever use a corded tool anymore. They are powerful, a wee bit heavy, but nicely priced. If you buy it at home Depot, and anything goes wrong there are no questions asked, straight swap.
