It is with great sadness to report to Peter McElheron's friends and colleagues in Boys' Youth Soccer that Peter passed away at Surrey Memorial Hospital this morning after his battle with cancer.
Peter was still active with the Delta District Board. He was also the longest serving member of the Delta District Board and I believe the longest member of the 8-District/9-District and now known as the 5-District Gold/Silver Committee. Peter served 25 years as an elected volunteer with these two groups.
